Angel Tullar has been affiliated with RPA as an Investment Advisor Representative since 2012, after 15 years of service with the Janesville School District as Manager of Employee Relations.

As an independent representative, Angel listens to her clients’ goals and needs, and helps them plan their financial future. Whether her clients are years from, approaching, or already enjoying retirement, Angel brings the pieces of a financial plan together to reflect their goals. Her comprehensive approach includes strategies for retirement and estate planning, investments, insurance, and tax reduction. She is committed to putting her clients’ interests first and working with them to make sound decisions. Angel works extensively with clients who are members of the Wisconsin Retirement System.

Angel is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance major, Financial Planning minor) and a Masters of Business Administration with a Finance emphasis. She holds FINRA registrations 7 and 66.

A Janesville native, Angel is married with three children and her hobbies include gardening, walking, and baking. Angel is the former President of the Janesville Boys & Girls Club. She has taught Junior Achievement for 20 years and delivered Meals on Wheels for 24 years.
