Beth Sova joined Retirement Plan Advisors in 2025 as an Administrative Assistant, bringing a strong background in leadership, organization, and community service.

A Girl Scout Gold Award recipient, Beth has spent over a decade volunteering with Cub Scout Pack 149 and Scouts BSA Troop 149, handling event planning, volunteer recruitment, and finances. She also serves as Christian Education Director at her church, leading faith-based programs for all ages.

Beth lives in Romeo with her husband and son, an Eagle Scout, and embraces the values of service, education, and integrity in both her professional and personal life.
