Christopher DeGrassi leads RPA’s Operations and Compliance teams, supporting the firm’s Promise to act with integrity, respect, and responsiveness to every individual and always remember that our clients are people who depend on us to protect their hard-earned retirement assets.

Christopher has 30 years of experience in the retirement plan industry, involving product development, business development, operational leadership, strategic planning, and governmental affairs. His experience includes roles with Zurich Life, Security Benefit, and the American Retirement Association (ARA), where he served as Executive Director of the National Tax-Deferred Savings Association and Chief of Retirement Education for the ARA.

Christopher is a graduate of Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa and holds an MBA from Boston University.
