Hayden Nickell is a Financial Advisor with RPA. He joined the firm in 2026 and provides retirement plan education and personalized financial advice to retirement plan participants, as well as individuals and families throughout Michigan. A Michigan native, Hayden is passionate about helping people in his community pursue their financial goals and prepare for a confident and comfortable retirement.

Before joining RPA, Hayden held financial analysis roles with the City of Muskegon and served as Finance Director for a nonprofit organization. He also owned and operated a consulting business, advising clients on financial management and strategic planning initiatives.

Hayden earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Accounting from Eastern Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in International Finance.

He holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations.
